Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday February 27, 2024 at 5pm - Revelstoke Recreation Centre (MacPherson Room). Attend in-person or via Zoom (click here).

Included in the meeting will be a presentation on “The Power of Collaboration” from our Guest Speakers: Meghan Tabor, Marketing & Destination Director - Tourism Revelstoke and and Taniell Hamilton - Destination & Sustainability Manager - Tourism Revelstoke. We will also have refreshments - ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN! We are also seeking new Board Members as well as committee and event volunteers at this time. Community attendance at annual events including the AGM is integral to our grant-writing success, which much of our operation relies on. Please join us to show your support and learn more about us, while enjoying a fantastic presentation from your local Tourism leaders along with some light refreshments!

About our Guest Speaker: Meghan is the Marketing & Destination Director at Tourism Revelstoke. She oversees a team of 3 full time employees, and is responsible for the management, governance, and administration of the Municipal & Regional District Tax (MRDT) funds for marketing and destination management. Meghan believes that the tourism sector can be a force for good, creating impactful and meaningful change in our communities. In her free time, you’ll find her out skiing, sledding, or on the bike trails.

Guest Speaker Presentation: The Power of Collaboration
We can do things that truly benefit our communities by understanding the reformation of our industry as a cooperative effort. The presentation will discuss how the Forestry Museum can leverage Tourism Revelstoke’s marketing and destination management initiatives, collaborate with partners, and create the best experience for visitors.
